As rural America sees its populations shrink, one town in South Dakota is embracing new communities, including Karen people, an ethnic minority from Myanmar. Home to Dakota Provisions – a turkey processing plant that produces 200 million pounds of turkey meat annually – Huron, South Dakota is being revitalized by Asian and Latino workers.
